You'd be surprised how folks come on line when you just have enough balls to face them and be prepared to (at least make them believe you are) beat the consideration into them.... As I said earlier, don't win a lot of friends that way, but the ones you get are keepers........ Important thing is, they stop doing whatever it is that isn't neighborly...
