I have a 5 foot king cutter (bushhog style mower) Today the spline that attaches to the stump jumper came all the way out of the machine with stump jumper and blades still attached. machine is about 18 years old and in fair shape. I only cut about 7 acres of horse pasture with it. King cutter wants $285.00 for a complete new gear box. Have not remove the rest of gear box yet,so not sure what that looks like, but wondering has anyone repaired one, short of getting brand new gear box. Tom
