Utz is the original potato chip maker.I dont know why you have to make fun of the name.But you are running your mouth pretty bad.I dont care how big a company is, they still turn out bad products.A few companies use Russets to make chips.It will say Russets on the bag.Russets are known to make a poor chip.They always look burnt.Russets take a long time to grow and they tend to break up when cooked.They have an ugly skin.I grew a row last year, wont do it again.I have grown a Norkota Russet in the past.You cant seem to understand that I plant 1000 feet of row, did 2000 feet when I was younger.One Maine co that sells seed potatoes says in the catalog to avoid growing the Russets in Maine.
