Yep I'm in Salida, CO. The photo was taken just about sun down, so not really that yellow, Light brown and is sandy. Our water comes from the Arkansas River. The neighbor pumps out of a pond into his pivot, I flood some and pump out of a pond into siderolls. The Mountain snow back is gone, so we don't know what will happen in Jul-Aug. Need to get out of the cab, and do some rain dancing.
