I'd like to see the statute on that. That wheel is no different in design than any heavy truck with Dayton wheels. I would bet the statute says that mobile home tires on those wheels are only legal when used under a mobile home. Tires will say for mobile home use only on the sidewall. I believe this is a federal regulation also.
