I sprayed my vinyl shutters with Sherwin-Williams exterior Super Latex paint. I went to their local store and asked what paint I should use on them and they told me to use this. They also said to wash them off with warm soapy water and then rinse them. I've only painted them twice in the last 30 years. That paint isn't very cheap and they can tint any color. The last time they were painted was in 1997 and they still look good now. None has peeled. You may need to thin the paint a little. Using a sprayer you won't have any brush marks. You may have a problem if another house is nearby for over spray. I did my shutters in an open area behind my house and no houses are near. It goes pretty fast by spraying.
