Sorry to hear of the deth of your friend. There are a lot of motorcycles on the road nowdays. seams like about every month someone gets killed here. I have been riding since the late 50's. I don't ride much nowdays, but I enjoy restoring them. My favorite is my 37 indian Chief. If you stop riding you will probably not get killed on a M/C, but there are a lot of other ways to get killed. Just ride with caution, and always stay alert.
