Where can you go or what can you do that doesn't have a few inconsiderate individuals around spreading discontent? It would be interesting to see what effect unmarked lake patrol boats or unmarked police cars would have on the problem if they issued tickets citing for reckless operation which carries penalties closer to D.U.I. than speeding or failure to yeild. Point is that tailgating,no passing zone and other aggressive actions are more serious than speeding or running a stop sighn simply because it isn't done mistackenly. Texas boaters face same penalty for operating a boat under the influnce as an automobile which does help some.
