Got a friend that does landscaping that will tell you right off that a white boy ain't worth much when it comes to actually doing any work. He's had several Hispanics that have been with him for years with no problems with equipment or anything else. Hires a white kid and things get broken, he doesn;t show up for work, etc, etc. After he gets fired my buddies truck gets broken into and many of his lawn tools get stolen. You tell me who knew that the truck was in the storage facility and what was in it worth stealing.....
Got another buddy in the same business. He keeps a revolving door of white kids working for him. One of the last ones, after missing several days of work and not getting paid for them, made a comment awhile back that, 'He didn't know of any company out there that didn't give you at least three paid sick days every month....' Talk about a sense of entitlement......
