I fry 3 pieces of bacon. Brush the bacon renderings onto 4-6 nice sized baking potatoes. Poke a dozen holes in each potato with a fork. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Place directly on grill grate, with grill setup for indirect grilling. Grill for about an hour.
Mean while mix 1/3 cup BBQ sauce with 1 cup of sour cream. Place nice dollop of mixture on baked potatoes and sprinkle with bacon bits from that bacon you cooked earlier for the grease.
