hello, ok so last fall i pulled my super w4 into the shop for some freshing up.and at this time it ran great!!! stripped it down over winter and re-painted it.did nothing to the mechanics side of it cause there was no reason to. everything went great up until last week when we finished putting it back together and tried to start it. it will only run wide open and the choke has to be on? throttle linkage was my first thought,maybe the notch in the linkage wasnted lined up into the butterfly correctly.Nope all thats fine. tried 3 different carbs,and changed the governer and still have the same results???? im i completly over-looking the obvious??? any help would be great
