I'm pretty sure the states have been mandated to each come up with a plan to handle some insurance pool in each individual state. If that allows us to buy insurance at a group rate instead of an individual policy,and in your case,they have to take you with a pre existing condition,you might be all set.
As far as what Indiana Red said,I'm just plain tired. The law is the law,bush's man Roberts sold us out and it is what it is. I remember back when VCRs and movie rentals were a new thing. The wife rented a movie called The Unbearable Liteness of Being. A couple in Czechoslovakia got out just before the Soviet Union closed the border. After a while,they missed home and decided family and friends were more important than what the government was doing,so they went back. They lived the rest of their lives,happy,ignoring the armed soldiers everywhere,just lived their lives. So I guess that's where we are. Don't throw stones at the soldiers and they won't shoot you. If you guys still have some fight in you,carry on. I'm done. I'm going to live out my life happy. I have no emotion left to fight with. They won. I accept it.
