Ive had three knee surgeries due to college football injuries. I have had my meniscus taken out of both knees. I have also had about a dozen shots while I was in college they always made my knees feel great but never lasted long and only did more damage. My wife is a nurse in orthopedics and she jokes about how soon ill be in there getting my knee rebuilt. Best bet is to bite the bullet and get a bilateral knee replacement.
