My A/C, with the clean screen ,will look like that after just one year, bugs, dust, and especially cotton wood trees. Not to mention, the water from evaporator, which I'm a believer, adds to the problem by making the crap you see on your condensor, harden in place. I have drain holes in all my A/c's. You don't see water on the condensor of a central A/c.
Many vets got sick at a convention because of the mold in A/C system. Don't remember all the details, it was many years ago. George
