another batch,,, of summer squash,the first batch was a dill type pickle,this batch is a sweet bread and butter type, My daughter said plant a lot of squash dad,I really like them, I just hope she does,because we have them frozen,,,dehydrated,,,,and 2 kinds of pickels so far,and,,, I am looking at a recipe for zuchini relish right now! It will be good if in the middle of the winter she shops from the freezer and pantry from mom and dads house instead of grabbing imported vegetables from the super market.
