What makes you think I have to work on a budget? Currently looking at a Rigid 3500w Subaru generator. Home depot sells them for $500. It comes with a 3 year warantee. I would buy a 4 stroke chainsaw in a heart beat...to date no one makes one. I have a 4 stroke husky varnie weed wacker...Costs over $500. It's the most powerful weed wacker I've ever used. How many people spend $500+ on a weed wacker that live on a budget?
No one, so far, has recommended anything made in the USA, most likely because pigs can't fly. When it comes to buying an electric saw, I want the biggest and the best, the cost is no problem.
Perhaps, you didn't read the part where I have a lung condition and 2 strokes are out...
Generator will be used to pump water when the power is out...That's the biggest load I plan to power up.
