i dont have a permit but i always keep at least one handgun with me, in this state were allowed to carry as long as the gun is in plain sight, or in a vehicle, been stopped a few times, the cop didnt see the gun and i didnt tell him, after letting a pair of cops do a "voluntary" search about 8 years ago, in which the idiots basically destroyed the interior of the truck as well as let their dog, who had 10 lbs of fresh mud on his feet roam thru the inside too, they didnt find anything, i dont let anybody search anything without having a search order, which they wont have as they have no reasonable suspicion or probably cause, in order for a judge to grant them one
