Mine wsa all cracked into pieces, but they were still sticking on. I went to O"Reilly"s and got a can of black spray-on truck bed coating, pulled the steering wheel off,laid it on piece of cardboard, and sprayed the plastic. Several times, front and then back. It looks fine, has a good very grippy surface, is black. I sanded the sharp edges off, sprayed it a few times more. I like it a lot.
