The.. percentage? per capita? of gun ownership is higher in Canda than the US. Handguns are under a national- stricker guideline than 'most' states, they are kinda suppose to stay on your property except for this or that etc... but like a bad dog, sometimes they wander off and get in trouble... again... just like Lyle in breeding season...
