One of the problems in this country is many kids have no incentives to achieve. Most have had it too good unlike kids in other countries that are hungry for an education. They also know that the govenrment will keep them up if need be. You can"t force education on anyone. The reaper is on the way though since we have likely experienced the best of times. Sometime in the distant future our kids will be hungry for education because times are so bad economically. I"m afraid it is closer than we think.
