This morning my son said the commode at his house would not fill up. Had almost no water coming out of the valve in the tank. Took the line loose at the shutoff and the tank and it was ok. Shutoff water to his house and took the valve at the floor off. Was about a teaspoon of rust crud clogging the valve. Cleaned it out and flushed and all is fine. The water line going to his house is about 500 feet long from the well. Not to bad a problem 12 years after we plumbed it up. Richard
