how much area is a square??? We're getting ready to do 1400 sq ft on the house, 1300 on the workshop, and 800 on a stall. Stall just gets steel panels on top of the roll roofing that is there now, prolly gonna fur (?) it so there is no moisture/rust, workshop gets asbestos panels removed and steel in their place, and the house gets the clay shingles replaced on half and the other half gets new rafters and new roof... Got a gungho future SIL that is a roofer, in love, and full of energy..... Him and a coworker need vacation money and the timing was perfect....
