Galvanized 1/8" strap with holes every inch can be found at most hardware stores. Were it mine, I would hold up the tank with a wooden block and floor jack. Removing the old one might require a cutoff tool to cut the bolt. (be cautious with sparks, a bolt cutter might be preferable, or it might just surprise you and unscrew. then copy the length and bands in the new material (might take two lengths overlapped and bolted together with flathead screws to reduce the amount theystickout toward the tank.) use nylon webbing or nylon strap just wider than the new strap to buffer it from the tank. and install it. cost 20$.
