I have a case 400 diesel and after it runs for awhile the fuel pressure drops off. I checked and cleaned the primary filter, fuel tank, and supply line from the tank to the primary filter. I noticed that after the pressure drops off and I crack the fuel line from the primary filter to the lift pump I have no fuel. If I leave the line cracked for a short period of time the fuel starts to come out again and the pressure comes back. any thoughts?
