Van belongs to FIL. Window went down for him and will not go back up. I took the door panel off and see that there are push and pull cables that move the glass up and down. In the down position there is slack between the cable housing and the bracket that a pulley is mounted to. I can get it to tighten, and raise the window manually most of the way, but not full up. Any ideas what is wrong? I have a manual for 88 and older, but they are different. I really cannot see anything that is broken, but visibility is quite limited. Thanks in advance.
