Those cans are trash, most if not all are made by a company called Blitz, which I believe may have filed for bankruptcy. Regardless, you can modify them. There are a couple youtube shorts that show how, but in short you can get some long nose pliars, and pull out the inters of the handle,, drill a 1/2 hole in the back, and pull from the inside a tire stem. Remove the stem valve, and the cap works pretty good. My advice would be to check craigslist or garage sales though, that would be cheaper.
