The other way is to go make a video recording of all the damage. Get at least 3 estiamtes from reputable contractors. Get it fixed. Then take them to court for breach, sue for treble damages. Then watch them settle with you real quick. State Farm by the way is the WORSE for H/O insurance. They never want to pay out. Nationwide much better. BTDT Pete
