You just eliminated central IL. Land $9000 for the poor ground to $15,600 for the black ground. I live just south of the black ground and the big boys are fighting for it too. Poor narrow roads and bridges. Don't go to the Doctor or they will try and rent the land from your family!!!! Lot of 3000 acre farms,several 15000,and a few 30 to 50000. ??????? Why ???? No greener pastures here.
