I never did a 350, but by the illustration it is similar to a 1010. Drop the belly pan, unbolt the pump and move it forward, you may have to unhook hoses from the pump, hydraulic oil WILL run down your arms. After that you should be able to wiggle the coupling out of the shift fork and get it out of the way. Worst case you will have to punch the pin out of the shifter and slide the shaft out of it. If you rally need it, I can scan something from the shop manual for the 350, but I don't have it right here.
