Before i ask the question i have regarding my tractor i would like to comment on the responses to Larry's post a few days ago. it is really heartening to read the compassion and concern you all had for the man. we could use alot more of that in our world. i applaud all of you!! a few weeks ago i posted a question regarding a JD 1010w gas i had just purchased. someone responded and told me which model combines had engines that would fit in this tractor. have not had any luck finding a good used engine. decided to price out a new deck plate and piston kit, no luck either. can anyone tell me what supplier would be a good place to start. tried this website, they are trying to locate one. one last tidbit; discovered a website containing info i think collector and farmer types might be interested in. the web address is; www.californiansshrugged.org. watch the video and if you think the info is important please pass it on to your friends and relatives. thanks in advance for your help.
