Pull valve cover. Right down first three numbers of firing order then dire toy under these right the other three numbers. This gives the opposite pistons. Look to see what number is dire toy under the number one piston. Now turn engine over until the valve rockers on the number one opposite cyl. Are both at the top and they move up and down when you roll engine back and forth.
