The Two Cylinder Club will run a serial # trace to find the build date, shipping date, branch warehouse, possibly the destination and major options. Try road gear with caution and hand onto the steering wheel. Odds are she will be a wobbling goblin. Everything from the steering wheel to wheel bearings are suspect. The set screw on the steering box is the 1st place to start.
