Its a SMTA serial number and chassis type, someone removed the t/a linkage or maybe eliminated the unit inside also. Has a regular M grill on it. Empty hole on the left side of the center housing is where the t/a clutch operating shaft was located. Engine serial number is partly visable in the picture with C-264 in it. Looks like a SMTA engine serial #, but the complete # would help on that. Center housing # picture has the ending missing but should end in R1.
