Am going from Ohio to Georgia on this Thursday to pickup a used 99 Ranger 4x4 with blown motor. I need a rust free frame for mine. What I want to know is, what do I need, or need to do, so I am protected in case of a stop by law enforcement along the way back...via Alabama, Tn, Ky, Oh. There is no title with the sale per the owner. Thanks in advance guys.
