Its kind of like having to go into some old, run down, filled to the gill with trash, delapidated house after the owner passes on to clean it out so it can be fixed up and resold. You put on the gloves, plug the nose, and throw everything out. A week later you find out there was $100,000 in one of the bags you threw into the dumpster that was picked up and hauled off.
