It is a little above the market price but the hours are a lot less than nearly all 4440's on the market. Hard to find one with less than 5000 hours. If the owner will let you try it out for a day and all seems in order go for it. You can put $10-15k repairs in a $25k tractor pretty quick. I assume you have talked to the John Deere dealer about its condition and problems they may be aware of. Most dealers are straight shooters as you are a potential customer.
