If you are 100% sure of this, you probably do not have Lyme"s.....however, having had the desease myself, I can tell you with certainty that you don"t always see the tick, nor have rash symptoms, or the infamous "bullseye"...
I tromp around a Lyme hotbed in Western WI....my hunting partner of 35 years has Lyme so bad, he is on disability at age 52.....hard to live with when he was the kind of guy that worked hard 10-12 hour days as a habit and now is shot if he does any physical activity for a few hours.
Hope whatever you have is treatable, and you get to feeling a bit better...
