Look a little deeper. The company plan was to shut down anyways. Cat did that to the workers in London Ontario recently. Classic business 101, shift the blame. Instead of closing the doors in a few weeks if the union accepted the contract. Now the company can scape goat the union and workers. Best part of it is the public that makes less money falls for the emotional " why should they make more money than me" tactic. And puts the blame on the wrong people.
