Gave us a rental car and complained we took too long to get the car fixed and turn rental back in. I had a heck of time dealing with them as the delay was on there side by not authorizing the body shop to fix it. Cost them 3-4 days extra rental.. had to talk to a high manager to fix issue.
We have USAA-- NO problems. yeah a bit more $ but they take care of things.
