The same module trucks used to pick up the old style modules can pickup the rolls if you change out the chains in the floor of the truck. The regular chains have small hook like pieces sticking up to help grabthe cotton as the truck is backing under the module. The chains you need to use when hauling the rolls are smooth chains. They do not have anything sticking up to grab anything so it not to put any holes in the wrap. Most of the gins around me have one truck that they put the new chains in and the rest still have the regular chains.
