The federal administrators are about to slap another 9 cent federal tax on each gallon of gasoline. In the meantime, they're also straining at the leash to get the last little micro gram of sulphur out of gasoline, the same as they required of diesel several years ago, which will add more $ to the cost of gasoline. They're bound and determined to get the price of fuel up as high as they can to try to cut down on its use and associated pollution. This will continue almost unabated as long as the majority vote the way they do.
