I have a ford 4500 tractor that came with the backhoe unit it had not been used in many years. We hooked up the hoses to the unit we are able to get the out riggers to move up and down but they can lift the unit an inch off the ground at the most. all the other parts move about an inch except for the bucket it does not move at all.There is good pressure to the unit we have not put a gauge to it yet but the front bucket is on the same circuit and works with out a problem. We are guessing it has to do with the pressure relief valves but don't know with ones to adjust or if they are bad.
