Are you familiar at all with Allis Chalmers tractors? If you are, why are you picking a WC? Or are you talking about a WD? A WD would be OK. Why? It has a second hand operated wet clutch that not only allows the PTO to keep turning as the tractor is stopped but can be slipped without end to, in effect, give you a variable speed device. Blowing snow all the time. Cost of a good WD? $900-1500.
