A good friend of mine installed an on-demand propane hot water heater in the bathroom in his cabin. Was gone for weeks, and when he went back, the water line had sprung a leak AFTER the heater. It pumped out hot water all over the floor until 250 gallons of propane was gone, then cold water after that. It ruined all the floors in his place.
