I have 1940 Farmall M that starts easy, but if you throttle up or down too fast it kills the engine. It idles fine at different speeds, but if you move the tractor even in a low gear it will kill the engine. It seems like the engine has almost no power. I think it might be running real rich. Is the problem in the carb or the govenor?
