Pat, over the years I have come to be fond of a few breeds, none small. But you know what is the best breed of all? The one that you get from the pound, saving from the glue pot. They can be so loving and forever greatful. The same can be said of those that wander up hungry and either lost, dumped, beaten, shot at, or whatever. The best breed of all? The "scrapper" is my favorite, because when they are cleaned up and given their own bowl and soft bed, they are the absolute very best.
