B&D and I have no problems. We both like to argue and stir the pot. It makes the forum more interesting.
As far as B&D saying that diesels where dead/dieing just read the title of his post.
We happen to disagree on the value/life of diesel engines in pickups. I personally like the diesels to use as a serious truck pulling things. I also like manual transmissions. So this just about makes it impossible for me to buy a new truck today. I think Dodge is still offering a manual but I know Chevy has not offered a manual with their Duromax. Ford I would be scared of a any of their motors after the troubles they have had. Plus I am not sure they even offer a manual either.
