Wishing all of you a Very Merry Christmas! I have been a little down lately,was laid off in early Nov. and wife had to take off work for 6 weeks for dizzy spells (couldn't drive).She went back to work and fri. was her first payday since returning, boss called me Thurs,said he needs me back on Dec. 26.Don't know how we managed but was able to give kids a decent Christmas. Thank you for letting me join your "Family" and hope all of you have a prosporous New Year!

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents.
