Have owned a 93, 98, and currently still own a 2001 and 2007. All have given great service but had a few issues with some, the 1993 was bought new and when it had around 140000 miles I sold it due to oil consumption, it never smoked and held good oil pressure but couldn't figure out where or why it was using so much oil, the 1998 ran extremely well and at about 165000 miles the transmission started slipping, drove it for quite awhile anyway just manually shifting through 1st and 2nd with the auto tranny to get it rolling. Currently the 2001 is running well with about 98000 miles and the 2007 has about 100000 miles with no problems. In my opinion they are good reliable vehicles if serviced regularly, as with any vehicle unforeseen problems can arise.
