I had my second partial knee done just over three weeks ago. I was up to 130 degrees just two weeks after. Really breezing right along. Then suddenly I had a lot of pain in the joint and spasming of a thigh muscle, The joint wasn't stable because the muscles weren't built back up yet. Favoring that side for the three months prior to the surgery had caused some muscles to atrophy, so that the joint wasn't stable. So I had to slow back down for a week and build my muscles back up.
